Thank you for visiting the A By Azuni Online Shop.
This document outlines our returns policy, how
to use the shopping basket, where to send queries,
placing orders, delivery times, and information
privacy.
If, at any time you are unhappy with our service,
have queries about using the online shop, have queries

Placing an Order
Go to the Azuni website (www.a-by-azuni.co.uk)
and select 'Shop Online' - the online shopping catalogue
and basket will open.
From the possible collections, select the products
that you would like to order by clicking on the
collection image, or on the collection name on the
navigation bar.
By clicking on the left hand side thumbnail image
of the item, a large image opens, showing the product
detail, price, and description.
If there are colour options for an item, you can
see the images and colour names in the dropdown
menu.
You can increase the number of the same item by
repeatedly clicking the 'add button, or by typing
in the desired number of items in the space provided.
You can always see the current number of items
as well as the value of the basket on the bottom
left hand side of the screen.
By clicking on 'view shopping basket'
you can control your order and proceed through the
secure PayPal system.
In the shopping basket you are able to 'remove'
any items that you do not wish to pay for. The sub-total
of the basket at this point excludes delivery charges
and taxes - these are automatically calculated based
on the country the order will be delivered to.
Payment & Security
You can pay for your goods online using a credit
or debit card on our secure payment system operated
by PayPal.
All transactions are shown in British Pound Sterling
- £.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate
at the time of publication and quoted in £,
exclusive of VAT or delivery charges. If your order
is being dispatched to a destination outside the
European Community (EC), then your sales tax (VAT)
will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member
current rate of 17.5%. destination country will
cannot predict them.

to and from our site. Payment is taken by the world-renowned
PayPal online merchant system.
We have selected the WorldPay payment system to
ensure that you can order in a secure and reputable
online environment. Your personal card details are
handled solely by the WorldPay servers and not stored
after the transaction has be been approved or declined
by your Bank. You can verify when the secure mode
is active by the security icon (a padlock or key
icon) at the bottom right-hand-side corner of your
browser or on the content window - depending on
the type and version of internet browser you use.

If you do not wish to pay for your goods online,
simply send an email to sales@a-by-azuni.co.uk
or call us on +44 (0)20 8579 7307 with the item
names, number of items, colours and your phone number
and delivery details.
An Azuni sales representative will contact you
either by phone or email to ensure that your order
is processed and delivered. Alternatively, browse
through the Azuni stockists on the website and purchase
the items you are after in-store.
Delivery
Every Azuni Order will be delivered in either a
gift box or pouch with care card.
United Kingdom
England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales:
• Orders are dispatched by next daySpecial
Delivery(UKonly) and require a signature upon receipt.
• The charge for UKdelivery is fixed at £5.00
perorder.
• Goods from stock are dispatched within48
hours.You will be notified by email when your order
has beendispatched.Typically, UKorders are delivered
on the next working day from thedispatch date.
Europe
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan,
Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia,
Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe
Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar,
Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan,
Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia,
Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal,
Republic of Ireland, Republic of Moldova, Romania,
San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden,
Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine,
Uzbekistan, Vatican City State, Yugoslavia:
• Orders are dispatched by RegisteredPost
andrequire a signature upon receipt.
• The charge for European delivery is fixedat
£8.00per order.
• Goods from stock are dispatched within48
hours.You will be notified by email when your order
has beendispatched.Typically, European orders are
delivered within 5 - 7 workingdays(depending on
the location) from the dispatch date.
Rest of the World
All countries that are not listed as either in the
United Kingdom or Europe are subject to the 'Rest
of the World' delivery charges:
• Orders are dispatched by RegisteredPost
andrequire a signature upon receipt.
• The charge for Rest of the Worlddelivery
is fixedat £10.00 per order.
• Goods from stock are dispatched within48
hours. Youwill be notified by email when your order
has beendispatched. Typically,Rest of the World
orders are delivered within 5 - 7working days (dependingon
the location) from the dispatch date.
Availability
We endeavour to only display available stock on
this website. If items that you order are out of
stock or subject to a delay, we will try to contact
you at the email address you provided when placing
your order. If we cannot contact you or receive
no response to our contact enquiries, we will continue
to process the remaining items on your order. We
will not supply a substitute product without your
express authority. Once an item is sold out, it
will be removed from the website catalogue at our
earliest opportunity.
Returns
We offer refunds on any jewellery ordered online
if returned unworn within 14 days of receipt. We
would ask you to keep all packaging and return the
goods as they were sent out - by registered post.
The delivery charge on the original order will not
be refunded. Please enclose the dispatch note that
accompanied your order together with the items within
14 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to
ensure the goods are returned to us in a saleable
condition. When sending your return, please obtain
a Proof of Postage in case the parcel fails to reach
us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items
lost in transit. You can choose to have an exchange
or a full refund. Please note that Azuni
Ltd will not pay for the cost of return
postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
